KimChi does a wonderful job. I suddenly developed constipation 3 years ago. There are two possibilities... a gall bladder problem ( an excess release can cause your poo to become like clay ) and that some bad yogart/food poisonin had killed off my gut. I kinda suffered with it for 2 years (enemas for the win) and then had Kimchi. Fixed it in three servings. Turns out Kimchi has over 700 pro-biotics. Most supplements have 10. I still take a forkful just as a precaution but basically it returned what ever pro-biotic helper intestine/bowel bacteria that had died off. I had a bit of a hint having had problems after two other food poisonings earlier in my life and one stomach flu that (all three) wiped out my beneficial flora.

Not to dismiss what both doctors and nurses have to deal with...but as a disability support worker, please hold my beer.

Hey dear, As you have a huge audience, I request you to talk about the heinous crime has happened to a female doctor in Kolkata. Her legs were at 90 degree angle, pelvic bone was broken, a bone in the shoulder area was broken, the spectacle went through her eyes so her eyes were bleeding, there were thousands of bruises every where in her body, she was bleeding from her mouth, eyes, and vagina, 150 grams of semen was discovered from her vagina. She was raped by multiple men, most probably by her colleagues. She was on duty when it all happened in the seminar hall to get some rest after she did her 36 hour night shift. The hospital authority is the synonym of corruption. The political parties are involved and only trying to give base to their own selfish motive. She was 31 years old second year resident there. I request you to talk about this case . Violence against women in India is increasing day by day, and most of them don't even get justice. That's why it is increasing. It's like a cycle. We gotta break it. Please, dear, talk about it & internationalize this horrific incident.
