just sharing something i learned literally a week or two ago - there are no muscles in the wrists so they can't be strengthened per se, you can definitely work on their mobility however - keeping the tendons and ligaments healthy etc. all the exercises mentioned are great for strengthening the fingers and the forearms, which support the wrists and help with pain. but yeah, no wrist muscles. hope that's useful and doesn't come across as preachy - love your content 🙏🏻

Can't beat good ol' resistance training for the wrists. I knew about wrist curls/extensions with a dumbbell, but had never considered a hair tie though. That's clever.. I'm gonna try that

I have dealt with wrist pain since I was 18. Keep getting told I have chronic tendinitis. I can’t bare weight on a bent wrist without pain. Guess I can try this…no one’s ever given me a solution

hi Kate could you also share the tips how to position our finger e.g gripping to floor/mat? I was told to grip the mat like there's an egg in the palm of my hand and exert pressure to the fingertips. But somehow my fingers and wrist always ended up in pain. And where should the elbow facing when in cat cow pose etc.?
