Yeah, I can get bad allergic reactions that turn into acute bronchitis, and what helps me the most regulating this is having my window (or the door to the balcony) open at night, even in the winter, and I have an air purifier right next to my bed. Ten years ago I had constant issues with not being able to breathe at night, feeling like I was drowning etc, then my dad gave me his air purifier to try out bc it wasn't doing what he wanted it to do, and suddenly many of my breathing issues vanished.

Vacuum, wipe off surfaces especially those you dont really think about like doorframes, change your sheets, wash your pillows and plushies if you have any, air out your blanket or wash it, basically just get rid of dust regularly.
I'm only allergic to grass but these things help my allergies too. The only difference is that I shut my windows if I hear a lawnmower then open them a few hours later if it's still warm out lol

Plants clean the air. He didn't say they don't he said they don't do it fast enough to make a major impact. Plants have been air purifiers since the beginning of time. I stand with the plants 😂 I have 2 snake plants in my house. I have alot more plants but only 2 are snake plants. i open my house daily and I do have air purifiers but I don't use them much it's an unessccary use of electric, for me anyways

A lot of large plants just collect dust anyway so... Remember to dust your plants!
