I tell home owners the truth why gutter cleaning is expensive here in South Carolina bc I find at least 5 to 6 times a year snakes in the gutters I clean. Usually it's damn Water Moccasin's too.

I actually started “flushing the system” and run a hose through all of it. Including the downspouts. Customer love the brand new look on the after photos. Freaking Spencer I live so close to you. I’m throwing a pinecone at you if I see you. Jk obviously. Let freaking hit the gym and talk business player.

Gonna be honest, even if the gutter was barely clogged if someone is willing to pay $400 to unclog an almost completely clean gutter why wouldn't you take that job.
