This is very common! The Backrooms always recreates your past and present. If I found my house, if it’s safe. I’ll probably stay there for a whole month or a few weeks or maybe a long long time. It depends if you can eat food, do stuff, sleep and not have trouble being in your house. It’s gonna suck cause your alone and you probably won’t be able to sleep with your lights on or anything cause your having terrible hallucinations and you dealing with the fact your forever alone in this alternate reality.
