I always have three qurstions prepared- 1. One- about the role am seeking and its progression in the future. The team and what kind of projects they are doing rn? 2. Second about the company esp if its a startup- i do some research about rhe current company and try to see and understand what their goals and vision are and what are their plans for the future? 3. Last- about me. How did I do and if the interviewer can answer this then i def ask about where they think I should improve. Genuine honest feedback.
