There is no way that fact is true about children 100 years ago ate less sugar in a year than a bottle of coke. I agree with your message but that’s just not true as stated. A relatively small amount of honey has as much sugar as a coke. They had sweetened preserved fruit, candy and confections a hundred years ago. Of course, they only had it a few times a year, and modern kids gorge on it, is what you were trying to say.
