A Jones Fracture (one spot on the 5th metatarsal on the foot, with the least amount of blood flow) is not funā¦takes FOREVER to heal, if at all.
Iām told I can start walking on my broken foot, with no surgery as itās a bone that takes time to heal, although Iāve read otherwise.
As of right now, I canāt put any weight on that spot. This could take many more months.
Iām not one for waiting around. Iām going to be proactive and use alternative methods to heal my foot once and for all.
Iām so grateful to have access to red and FIR light therapy, as well as access to using a PEMF device.
Letās get going and get this baby healed once and for all. ā¤ļø

Christelle, I hope you get some healing and relief from your new methods but orthos are so specialized and in many different areas so please try to see one. Let them take X-rays and whatever and give you their opinion. If itās the same as what the GP says, then you did your due diligence. If itās not, then they will have recommendations for you. I wish you a speedy recovery and want you to be well. ā¤
