Going to Mars is at best a pipe dream and at worst a death sentence, there’s nothing there. I think it’s possible to get there and maybe even live there for a bit, but then what? Imagine being born on a desolate rock and told “we came here for a new life, away from earth, that place you’ll never see”.

Primary launcher for Starlink? Who told you that? I don’t think so. That makes no sense. The exiting launcher is far more economical. Unless he wants to launch 5,000 Starlink satellites simultaneously - Starship would be overkill.

You don't have to qualify it. You can just say "The most powerful rocket".

You need a artificial gravity system to do so safely. Those ships could be used as large cargo and personnel transport. Then for temporary start up habits for humans. The fluids and the organs in the body need to be in a gravitational field to continue to function properly. Even once we get to these planets. People will have to have a gravitational field that is like that of Earth to spend time in. I have a desighn for that field. Get in touch.
