Worldwide average or median life expectancy estimates can be very deceptive. I'm close to 65, in very good health, not overweight, and exercise. According to most calculators, I am likely to live at least into my early 90s. It's important to get your bucket list items done early in retirement, while at the same time being realistic about how many years you may need that nest egg to last!

You said it! Visited the gravesite of one of my grandpa's recently and realized he passed just before his 74th birthday. That has a lot of meaning to a 57 year old. Rushing to retire now!!!

Right, but one has the obligation of not doing nonsense with food. Dr David Sinclair, a Harvard MD teaches that age, as we know it, is a disease. He also says that the person who will reach 150 is already been born. And more than hundred in Madeira is great !!
