Nothing against a little cardiovascular work but just an observation I've made about where I place my time and energy.

once a yoga instructor told me, our body isnt different from how an unused room gets dusty n filled with spider webs. we need to use all movements.

You definitely got the physique I aspire to obtain, but a female version of it. Love the amazing content you're gifting the community. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Absolutely Agree. Often great things start when you accept yourself. "Sophisticated animals" is really a good start. The fitness industry will never tell you to have this mindset.

I have followed you for years now and I have avoided back surgery and painful joints from learning your movements!

As a tumbling coach I really respect what you do, man. Exploring different movement patterns and learning how to move specific parts of your body at specific moments in a specific order (alongside learning what your body will let you do) is critical to athleticism in my field. Your videos help me learn to be a better coach, so thank you for all you do. Keep up the awesome work bro

The most inspiring exercise videos I have ever seen bar none. Age 65 and incorporating as much of this as possible, and it's working.

completely intelligent conclusion. I also refer to what we ate 200.000 years ago and that intermediate fast would be a frequent state. Thank you for the inspiration and it looks great how you move. Like a cougar. Beautiful brother.

You move so fluidly and dynamically dude. I do a Strengthside stretching routine (like to mix it up) almost every morning after my lane swim and it has legit changed my body and improved my quality of life. Keep. Fucking. Going.
