As a tumbling coach I really respect what you do, man. Exploring different movement patterns and learning how to move specific parts of your body at specific moments in a specific order (alongside learning what your body will let you do) is critical to athleticism in my field. Your videos help me learn to be a better coach, so thank you for all you do. Keep up the awesome work bro

I damaged my c4-c5 mountain biking.....healed up, chiropractor, for about 8 months. tried to get fit again doing some light trail running., crushed my knees. Started doing body movment stuff, havent had nerve pain yet and im stayin in shape. It feels better at 50+ uears of age as well. Thanks for the inspiration and options to the typical workouts.
