While these are on the NY real estate exam, please note there were questions regarding construction and environmental issues. I had seen approximately 10 questions about this topic but no one on YouTube I've seen has mentioned it

I have had similar questions a few times about ā if there is a railroad etc., moving towards the house your client is buying do you have to disclose it to them or is it already disclosed. Not sure what would be the proper answer:).

Can you guys do a video about Lead based paint disclosure? Also, if you're selling land that was once a Garbage dump, would i have to disclose the air pollution or minerals in the ground to a potential buyer?

I took my exam last week, they asked questions about renters insurance and the different between plottage & assemblage, they did have fixtures and deeds as well

Ca test is sooooo hard! Just took it. Although the program does cover the material well. I wish they would make it as challenging as the real test. Not so much the questions. But how they ask the questions. The verbiage on the test is horrible. Thatās what makes it so darn hard

I subscribed to prep agent and took the master exam practice tests over and over and over and over and over again along with watching videos, and i passed my real estate exam this past Saturday on the first try! Along with a lot of prayer! Praise be to Jesus!
