Consistency is KEY

And not just consistency for 1-2 weeks. You have to give something 4-6 WEEKS to truly evaluate whether to not it is working.

Weight loss is NOT linear. You can be doing everything PERFECT and still not see a change on the scale for a month.

This is what derails SO many people. Because 30 day weight loss challenges have drilled into our heads that if ye scale isn’t moving every week, you’re doing something wrong.

But this couldn’t be further from the truth.

I know it’s frustrating to be doing everything right and not seeing immediate changes. But giving up after 3 weeks of not seeing any changes is EXACTLY what is preventing you from ever seeing any changes.

If you’re truly being consistent for 4+ weeks and STILL not seeing any changes then you may have a slow metabolism from years of chronic dieting.

If this is the case, you need to REVERSE DIET to speed up your metabolism again so that when you DO try to go into a calorie deficit to lose weight, it can actually be effective.

Help please: I was wondering if you could help me out. Or anyone who reads this. I am a five foot 4 female. I am trying to lose 20 lbs. I do about 30 minutes of low impact exercise in my home, 5x per week. I am 45 years young. When my caloric deficit is too low, I end up being too hungry and cannot sustain calories that low. I heard you say in a previous video that you eat 2500 cals a day and when I heard that, it gave me hope that perhaps I can eat more and still lose. I understand the biochemistry of our bodies are different. Also, you are younger than me and have more muscle. I get that. But, ideally, I need about 2300 cals a day to not feel sad and hungry, lol. Can you do a video showing what you eat plus the calories? Can you talk more about how much you eat? Or if anyone can help me out with any tips or info, I would be thankful. Is anyone female around my height eating around 2300-2500 cals a day and staying slim and fit? 🤔

Dont reverse diet just eat a little bit more 1 day and less another day whats possible as well is you eat too much because you lost so much weight your maintaince calories went lower in comparising to when you started so maybe lower you calories starting with 250 each day or when you never lost weight and you starved yourself you eat too less but thats really rare that happens with people who eat only 1000 calories a day or less that makes your body not work properly

I think that dieting is the wrong way to get to weight lose, eating for energy and structure would be the way to do it, heal your body first, then your weight will go down, no need to count calories
