Mine did the same exact thing!
It was under 100 rounds with my 365XL.
Replaced the battery and it came back on. Then died again after a few more rounds.
Sent it to Sig and they said nothing was wrong with it. I demmanded the replace it, and they sent me a new one. It hasnt died yet just under 500 rounds. We'll see how much more it can take.
The 407K i had on the gun before lasted well over 10,000 rounds before any issues occured.
Update:
I just realized you arent using the same dot as me. I have a Romeo X! So my "higher quality" optic has had the exact same problem in less rounds.

If that was any other sight, that would be catastrophic. This is a romeo zero; it competes with the ruger readydot in terms of price. You pay a little more and get a battery in exchange for being able to zero and a more fine dot. Doesn’t even have an off switch. It breaking after 1600 rounds is honestly kinda impressive.

I have this same problem with my Trijicon RMR. I sent it back to Trijicon 3 times and 3 times they sent it back after "replacing the internals" What it turned out being is an issue with the plate on the FNX 45 Tac sits just a hair too high and the battery loses contact with the connectors. I have tried wedging tin foil and other stuff in there to keep it from dropping out. It works for a bit then it starts dying again.

The Romeo Zero is complete garbage, basically an airsoft sight. I ditched mine to go back to irons until I get a new red dot. The "glass" is actually a polymer that gets scratches if you look at it sideways.
