Great video but a better explanation of a cork is an off axis rotation because a single cork no matter the rotation isn’t a flip. Your head doesn’t go below your centre of mass it’s only a becomes a flip once you change your axis by tucking like how you would you a double cork 1080. You essentially start with a cork 7 and then tuck into an off axis backflip

Cheat gainer with a spin is the best way to explain this. I can do fulls, but I never understood corks. This makes sense now.
