5 ingredients is all you need to make this creamy, dreamy Ice cream. It has no whipping cream, no condensed milk but simple ingredients which most of you will have at hand, I am sure 🥰
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
1/2 cup Milk Powder
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
Choco chips - optional
* Heat milk in a pan. Let it boil.
* Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cook the mixture till it thickens. This will take around 10-15 mins or even more.
* Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit.
* Then add it to a blender jar and blend till smooth.
* Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and cover with a lid or a cling wrap. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
* Once it’s semi-set, blend again.
* This time, freeze overnight or until nicely set.
* Scoop & enjoy! I have also added some Choco chips on it while serving, for that crunch, but it’s optional.
Try out this recipe, and make sure to always cover the container either with a lid or a cling wrap to avoid any ice crust formation on top.
