While visiting my wife's cousin once
he popped open an expensive bottle of Dom Perignon.
"How does that taste?" We asked.
He replied: "I don't know, I got this as a gift for landing this good buisness deal. I never had it before."
He poured some for his wife, my wife and both of us.
All 4 of us drank some,
Then all 4 of us spat it out in the kitchen sink.
"Taste like rust! Glad somebody else bought this crap instead of me spending my money." He proclaimed as he poured the rest of the bottle down the drain.

As a server/bartender of 7 years this is unfortunately incorrect. Four lokos are the equivalent of 4 drinks in one can meanwhile an espresso martini is the equivalent of 2 drinks (martinis are typically 2oz pours). Another difference is the stimulant in the drink, coffee and energy drinks (red bull,monster) affect your heart. Peoples heart rate increases when taking both and should limit how much you drink in one sitting. 4 servings in once sitting can give you a heart attack on top of the volume of alcohol your drinking, most times its a recipe for disaster. Its cheap bc its not good for youâŚ

Iâve been around occasional drinkers, social drinkers and full blown alcoholics I have never seen anyone pickup a 'Four Lokos'.

Four Locos are bought and drank outside of a bar setting, which makes them cheaper but if you bought a bottle of vodka and some espresso mix and made them at home, you can make more martinis then you could have four Locos for the same price

Every time someone at the higher end restaurant I work at orders an espresso martini i immediately know my tip goes up the more they drink. They are also the hardest table to walk away from because they just want to talk
