Very nice but sleeves are way too long on the jacket.

The blazer looks very nice on the bust area and this time slims the hips (although should be a little shorter in length for your height). The denim could be turned up a little because it's too long preventing the interesting shoes from being seen. The sleeves are also way too long. Try folding the sleeves or scrunching them up on the arms.
The outfit is a nice casual/smart look but just needs a few tweaks.
