One of the stories I've heard about Lifeline was that the Japanese version of it was positive, and the American/Western was negative. That's because the Japanese side still uses English for their game. However, Japanese English pronunciation is WAY different than English pronunciation. So it's a nightmare to play it... unless you replicated being a Japanese saying English words.
