What do you mean hit it with bleach? like just sprayed it? You needed a higher concentration of SH, my old boss would mist the gutters and then we’d scrub them down and rinse. Bleach just made it easier but its the brushing that mostly did it. But i dont wanna misunderstand while also wanting to share what ive seen work

Gutter guard is the best cleaner by far, if you want a cheaper option use totally awesome cleaner. Both work great. Bleach or SH is not the best option because the streaks are not organic
