Trying to figure out how to excercise when you have a chronic illness is hard...
I've tried to create a routine of going for a walk every morning, but I couldn't keep it up for more than a few days. Especially with POTS my tachycardia and dysautonomia have made it very difficult to find safe ways for me to consistently excercise, particularily over the winter.

Another problem I've been having is not feeling well enough to leave home to excercise or not wanting anyone to see me looking they way I feel... Now I can actually get a consistent and safe workout in the comfort of my own home and start regaining my strength to improve my health.
I wish I had ordered this excercise bike sooner!
