I've been traveling and continue to travel with loose leaf tea and a kettle since I started drinking tea in 1995. I even managed to have my tea during field training exercises when I was in the Army. I canβt stand tea bags and never use them, but I donβt think it makes me special or superior to anyone else.

If you're going to take loose leaf tea with you abroad - and I applaud you to the vaults of heaven for doing so, Ruby - an important question is what kind to take. For me it would have to be Lapsang Souchong, because I can take it black, thus it doesn't matter if decent milk is not available in the holiday accommodation.
