When looking at UFC fighter pay you should not only look at the total amount a fighter gets paid on the day of, since it will often be many months before the next fight takes places.
This means that, the money has to be spread it out and cover all their costs including, management fees, plane travel, hotel stays, coaching/training fees, medical and many more.

A fighter working a second job isn’t a choice he has to do that to support his family. If ufc paid fairly they wouldn’t do it. A lot of tap dancing in the sugar show.

So if you get injured or die

there's no financial safety-net.

Well at least they all make more money than the undercard guys on a boxing event. Even on the real big ones they get paid real bad.
There are lots of mma organisations in
the US and multiple other countries, if the UFC is so bad, how do they have a such big stable of fighters?
Nobody is forced to fight there...

Dana White keeps shouting that UFC fighters earn a lot of money, however this only applies to the very top. Many fighters are struggling to cover their costs and provide for their families. --> What do you think?
