You are a wise man Harris. Personally, I feel like something someone said years ago also has bearing on this. "Having lots of kids is a good way of being poor." Harris you know as well as me that life in the west is expensive. When foreigners come to the west I would advise them to gain a good foundation before you decide to start having kids.
People often begin to fall into the trap of comparison, (where you compare yourself to someone else,) and that makes them miserable. We both know that muslims will blame everything except for their religion, and when they see their neighbors living 'better lives' they claim to be oppressed. Even though if they simply had less kids they would be more 'successful.'
