Better than Bouillon honestly is such a great thing to have in the kitchen, bc not everyone has homemade stock on hand, and not only is this stuff significantly better than store bought stocks/broths but you have more control of its flavor. Also the fact they have so many different flavors. Roasted Garlic, Saute Onion, great bases for almost anything

You can create an opening in the skin above the breast that forms a pocket so the breast meat can be seasoned directly. I stuff mine with a compound butter.

I use that particular brand all the time. Both the beef and chicken flavors for soups, rubs and all kinds of stuff. The beef flavor is great in roasts. I made a version of egg drop soup by boiling water, adding sone of the chicken paste and some green onions and scrambled eggs and it was better than some take out places I’ve had.

Dry brine. I use your rosemary salt for this too. Comes out awesome.

There's probably enough salt in that to dry brine the chicken which dentures the proteins enough to keep a lot of moisture while cooking at high heat.

The flavor of the brand he’s using is the best you can buy at your local grocery store. It’s more expensive than lesser tasting brands. Apparently it’s more versatile than other brands.
