Heck yeah! Ive been suffering from shoulder immobility and pain between my shoulder blades for 3 years now. Ive tried so many stretches and exercise almost everyday without improvement. This looks like exactly what i need and i already have the bands. I'll definitely be trying this everyday and see what kind of results i get. Glad i subscribed

Wellll i activated the muscles which is good, but i think my problem lies in my joint stabilizers. This is def a good start, i hope to find more basic exercises that encourage joint and muscle health
