If you would have invested in bitcoin when he was saying this you would have seen a 300% return from your investment. With silver same span of time 1-4% in the best case -10-20% worst case. Bitcoin is the currency of the future, precious metals the money of the past, as for fiat currencies future generations will look back and wonder how the fuck so many people could have been so stupid for so long. To use money; an infinite commodity to purchase the finite resources we have on earth. It was great while it lasted but there is no way any paper money can gain value the 14 trillion dollars of ādebtā the us is in can only get larger as we print more money and devalue the dollar more and more and more. Since 1913 our dollar has lost 94% of its purchasing power.

he's not explained this very clearly, there's a small group of die hard silver investors around the world that believe silver is going to the moon.
There's 2 reasons why it could happen,
1. is the price of silver is manipulated by 3 commercial banks who also happen to own the largest amounts of physical silver,however the issue is silver is traded at around 10x the physical amount in circulation in other words, if everybody trading silver stopped trading and decided to hold then the mother of all short squeezes would happen, this is why retail investors have been trying to buy physical silver to take it out of supply and encourage the squeeze. There's an arguenent that the renewable and EV demabd may also start the squeeze.
2. with the impending recession and rotation from growth stocks into value stocks gold will again be seen as a safe port in the storm, silver always follows gold, if gold squeezes silver will follow.

Kiyosaki has done some good work in the past, but this advice is laughably bad. I have had silver for 10 years and overall less than 4% a year gain. Bought at 19 now it is 24. Way below inflation. Metals are dead for inflation protection; too much mining going on, and they manipulate the price too easily. Only apartments hold their value. Update: as of Apr 10, 2024, Silver had a breakout, and is now $28/oz, still not a great investment for a 10 year period. In 10 years, around 7% gain per year will double your money. I have't gotten close with Silver.

Thatās why every Asian person would say because for some reason Asian people have a special attraction to Silver the fact that Chinese people used to only take payment and silver was a factor in the cause of the opium wars. Gold is the true good investment. Silver is too but I have went to places to try toSo my silver and before they knew how much I had I asked them if they bought silver and they said if itās not a bar or at least a good amount they donāt even want it because the values just not there anymore Iām not saying it wonāt be one day but itās not right now.

God this is so untrue it fucking hurts. Silver and gold are NOT GOOD INVESTMENTS. THEY AREN'T EVEN THAT GOOD AS HEDGES AGAINST INFLATION. Compare what you could've made holding good stocks over the past decades to the absolute shit return of holding silver/gold over that same time period
