Here I’m playing a lick that flows through the transition from the I chord to the IV chord in the key of A.
Notice how the double-stop bend played on the top two strings has me targeting the major 3rd of the IV chord - D7, as soon as it appears in the progression?
Targeting major 3rd’s of the three chords in a 12-bar blues is something I highly recommend you start practicing in your blues improvisation. It will free you from the limitations of a purely scale-based approach to blues guitar soloing that many aspiring blues players find themselves trapped in.

I'm an intermediate player and I'm going to buy your bundle deal before the special promo code ends but I was wondering how are you getting on with the filming of bullet proof guitar player courses one and two and would I need to do these prior to starting these other blues courses.
I have Pentatonix and major minor under my fingers just can't really apply them to hit the right notes hence why Ive gravitated to these courses.
