Wellllll..... Yes and no. I can tell you from both personal experience and also the experiences of women in my family. We could not use a tampon until we were railed. It does contract afterwards yes, but it's never the same especially after childbirth. There's no shame in that. We need to normalize the very natural wear and tear that happens instead of saying it flat out doesn't exist.
