These are absolutely gorgeous trees and at the same time make a complete mess and stain patio decks, out door furniture, pavement and wood fencing. I've never been so torn between hating a mess and loving it at the same time

I love flowering trees, if we ever can have a house and a yard this is what I'd want. I dream of having a garden and flowering trees, my favorite flowers are lilacs.

The fun thing you or your landlord can do is buy a backpack vacuum mulcher anytime i can buy a new tool its gonna be fun day you can negotiate with landlord to lower rent for you cleaning up the " mess"..and you get a new powertool..

You have the right because it is on your property to trim the tree back if it is off of your property. Check with the city just to be sure, but that's what happened to me. My neighbors were very easy going as long as I paid for it I could take care of the trimming. It's usually the responsibility of the person who's property be issue falls on, not necessarily who owns the tree.

I would be thrilled to have a cherry tree nearby. It doesnât last for long. Enjoy it and donât act like a baby. A little sweeping ainât gona kill you.

Und ich hatte einen prächtigen Ahornbaum, an der Grundstßcksgrenze zu einem Nachbarn ( eigentlich nett) und ein paar Meter weiter zu einem anderen (ein Id1ot). De r Id1 hatte gerade ein frisches Haus in die Nähe gesetzt und hat meinen Baum von seiner Scholle aus gleich fotografiert...ohne WÜrter. Der "Nette" hatte nach einer Weile "Wßnsche", er will- meinen- Baum gefällt haben, weil ihn der Laubfall stÜrt...Ich habe mit diesem nicht mal diskutiert und meinen Lieblingsbaum fällen lassen, fßr die "gute Nachbarschaft" !!!
Kurz Darauf erschien die Frau des "Netten" mindestens dreimal in nur zwei Wochen am Gartenzaum und hat mich wegen meiner Unordentlichkeit massiv angestaenkert...!!!
Soviel zur "Guten Nachbarschaft"...!!!
Wenigstens der "Nette" selber hat anschliessend erklärt, dass er Bäume mag und hatte auf seiner Seite selber einen gepflanzt (Nadelbaum). Soviel dazu !
