The low light performance is the only reason I haven't given MFT a hard look, being a birder the crop factor would be a huge advantage

Lightrooms denoise will fix high iso for you better then dxo and topaz and i think OM workspace denoise will get you the best result of all denoise software 😊

FF are not noise free in high iso as well. If not who will be getting DX or Topaz denoise softwares.

Jeremy, you don't need to necessarily push the iso too high. I shot mostly with the lowest ISO possible and limited to a maximum EV -3 for an optimal setting. You can adjust the exposure later on with post pro easily. Please make sure shot in raw format. Thank you and enjoy OM-1.

But you forgot to use all the "cheating" apps on those shots. Denoise them and they have same quality as ff, mf sensors. I took a low light test shot at 25k iso, and compared it to 5dmk4 6400 iso. Same quality in the end.

I had a FF camera and now an OM1 plus DxO....all good!
