How I WAKE UP MY CACTUS COLLECTION IN SPRING from their winter dormancy #cactus #cactiandsucculents

Cactus & succulent friends! Check out this video on how I wake up my cactus and succulent plants in spring from their winter dormancy. When sunny and mild weather starts to send temperatures inside my glasshouse consistently over 20 degrees C (or 68 degrees F), it is time to transition my plants into their upcoming growth season. To do this, I spray them lightly with luke warm rain water. I do this about 2-3 times before I then water them for the first time properly (about 2-3 weeks later, usually in late March / early April).

Enjoy!

Joe

It's indeed a great way to wake them up by spray-watering them because I suppose that kind of imitates the mist they would gather in their natural habitats πŸ‘πŸ» Cactus greetings to Bavaria and HAPPY GROWING (or should I say: "awakening"? πŸ˜„
