Hey guys...have you read about or seen the video clip that Sir Peter Blake and crew took in 1994 of ENZA, in the Jules Verne trophy, round the world record. Just Googled it, they were averaging 440 miles per 24 hours. On day 6, they topped 517 miles/24hrs...which became a world record for a 24hr run. Eventually getting the J.V trophy....in 74 days. So 440 miles per 24hrs is 708km, is equal to a consistent 29.5kph. 😮 Yeah not too shabby eh.? The formula to go for really is, what energy is required to achieve your boat speed, in comparison with your car speed requirements.? Physics is NOT my strong point. Thanks for sharing C.K's. I'm guessing Declan got to Oz ok. Anyway safe travels
