ā€¦ so their argument is saying ā€œwell other artists go through way more pressure, so suck it up?ā€ That doesnā€™t devalue her opinion :/ those netizens need to move on

Itā€™s simple really. It all boils down to privilege. Eunchae and the rest of Lesserafim is part of Hybe. They have a bit of room for mishaps because there will always be other things going on for them despite questionable performances. Promotions left and right, huge budgets, invitations to perform in big festivals, Brand Ambassadorship and many more. They will always be relevant so they donā€™t necessarily ONLY have to rely on talent and performances as a group. Most Idols from small companies know and understand they donā€™t have the same privilege and must already be well prepared on their debut. When they perform, itā€™s like a now or never kind of thing. That being said, Eunchae is right about the fact that they are pressured. They come from a huge agency so more people are instantly watching them from the get go and it does not help that HYBE is extremely competitive with other groups ( we all know what iā€™m talking about). Thereā€™s no point feasting on Lesserafimā€™s controversies. They were not ready then and they are still not ready now. They will eventually improve but itā€™s not gonna happen overnight. If you can wait, then continue to stan them. If you canā€™t, then there is no point stressing about it. Let the group go, they are clearly not the right fit for you. If anything, just actually support those idols from smaller companies or those who are underrated despite being in well-known entertainment agencies. So many gems in the industry who deserve attention. Here are a few: VVUP, STAYC, Purple Kiss, XGā€¦ (Continue to list down other groups if you know any.)

It's obvious that she has to do a good job, but she's a CHILD and has complete right to say her feelings and feel that way, just like an adult idol. It doesn't matter if she comes from a big or small company, she is still human. Are these people going to say they don't feel pressured about something in life too? For example, getting a good grade at school? Everyone knows that this is a duty, but precisely the fact of having an obligation to be good is still pressure! Le serafim were loved until a few days ago and suddenly people chose them to hate, I don't doubt that in a while they will be hating other groups for meaningless reasons.

It's like saying black lives matter, then people say "oh, you didn't say asian, you didn't say white, how about the african lives". Just because an issue is excluded from a statement, doesn't mean that the speaker is going against it. People looove to make drama because they have nothing better going on in their lives. They would rather criticize harshly the popular idols, instead of using their time and money in supporting idols from smaller labels.

Being an idol naturally comes with pressure, and artists from smaller companies go through way more compared to the ones from big companies. But that doesn't make Eunchae's feelings invalid. She just expressed her experience of working in the industry. What she expressed is common, but it doesn't mean that it shouldn't be acknowledged. People argue that ā€œThey chose this lifeā€, ā€œNobody asked them to do itā€, and so on. But why does it matter? Suppose you got a gift from your friend and he/she tells you how hard he/she worked on it, will you respond with, ā€œWell, nobody asked you to do it. So why are you complaining?ā€? No! This is just the same. Idols and so many people who works behind it give their blood, sweat and tears to their work. If you happen to enjoy it, give them some love. If not, atleast appreciate the hardwork they put into it.

So that means if a doctor feels pressure by hoping to peform well, the only thing is to leave his or her job? And if a pilot feels pressure to fly a plane safely, does that mean he should leave his or her job? And if a student has pressure to perform well, he or she should stop being a Student? Everybody feels pressure even if at the end of the day someone is payed or not. Feeling pressured is a human feeling we all develope in all different kind of situations of our lives. And as Eunchae is still a 17 year old girl, meaning she is still very young, meaning she has still alot to experience and learn. At the other hand just because we know a few things about the Kpop Industry doesn't mean we know all about it until we experience it ourselves. We know a pilot flies a plane, but we don't know the structure of a plane, the maths, the informatics, only a pilot does. And we might know a doctor helps to eases his Patiente pain and Problems, but only he or she knows how high a dose should be, what happens in our body, how and where even the tiniest vains are located. So to tell that she doesn't feels pressure when she receives other peoples payment, is a very selfish and low mind thing to say because i am pretty sure that's why is she is feeling pressure to improve and to not disappoint her fans, that pay their hard earned money just to see them perform. You wouldnt want anyone to about you like that, so why would you about someone in a such a way who is even a minor. Rather wish and pray for her that pressure is feeling, should lead to her improvements.

We would've liked a statement more like "I'm sorry we acknowledge that there is room for improvement singing wise and we will work hard to be better" but instead we got this "it's no fun if it's perfect the first time around". It shows their privileged standing in the kpop world bc groups from small companies have to be literally perfect looking and sounding to even get 1% of their recognition. They can't afford to have eun chae's relaxed mindset

honestly I get so annoyed at people who hate for no reason, like it was originally just starting with vocals, we got it, yeah, we know they canā€™t sing. And then they started to ACTUALLY hate. Eunchaeā€™s smile has basically disappeared. I donā€™t want anything to happen to the girls, but IF something does happen, I beg for people to realise that hate is not a good thing to do, because clearly the (worldwide) su!c1d3s due to hate werenā€™t enough for them to realise.

There are two types of feeling pressured here: 1- coming from a big label- feeling pressured to be as perfect in performing, etc since yk its a freaking big label and everyone expects a flawless group 2- coming from a small label- feeling pressured to perform amazingly, get viral, get on the charts and get noticed.

It's honestly disgusting how people twisted her words. The only thing that she pointed out was she feels really bad when she & her team worked hard & the result didn't match up, & that she wants to work harder in the future to rectify it. That's it.

The fact that other people may have it worse doesn't invalidate her feelings. Being an idol is hard for everyone, whether they're popular or not

Not a lsfm avid fan so Iā€™m not updated but this brings me to tears. If anyone is a shawol, yall know what Iā€™m talking about. An angel felt too pressured and always thought he wasnā€™t good enough and decided to escape from the pressure. Idols are humans too, yes they signed up knowing how the industry is like. If their COMPANY wonā€™t do the bare minimum, then blame the label not the artists.
