Bounce or not, it's still 405 solid ass pounds. And that guy definitely lifts. He was underplaying it. You can't just casually bench 405 without at least benching for 7+ years. Its only that's possible for anyone else is if you are a massive dude like Shaq. Someone like that can probably casually bench 405 due to his extreme natural size.

Its more ompressive if you can control it all the way down and up instead of bouncing it off your chest.....linda like when ppl do half pushups compared to when someone does full pushups or when someone does pullups without using momentum.....

It's physics. You can lift more bouncing than you can when lifting properly, because you're using the momentum built up on the bounce to lift it back up. It's a fact, not an opinion.
