I have to beg to differ, Thai mango sticky rice is the best way to eat mango! But the crème brûlée looks absolutely amazing! I don't like anything "mango flavored," but I love fresh mango!

I IMPROVED THIS RECIPE!!
For me the mango is not bad by itself if ripe, but this fruit lacks the acidity that even a strawberry has.
This is why so many people partner it with passion fruit.
So if you add sugar on the top to make a caramel, it will become even more sweet and less acud. All your will get is a diabetes 😂😂😂😂
Seriously, if you want to raise the taste of this dessert, why not dropping on the top zest of agrumes like lemon, Lime, cumbawa, ... Serve it will an acidic drink shot and then you get something.
