【材料(2人分)】 具材分量:まいたけ1パック、豚バラ薄切り肉100g、キャベツ2枚 調味料分量:丸の内タニタ食堂の減塩みそ小さじ4・1/2、ごま油小さじ1、水400ml、和風だし(顆粒)小さじ1 【作り方】 ①雪国まいたけ極は食べやすい大きさにさく。豚バラ薄切り肉は幅4cmに切り、春キャベツはザク切りにする。 ②鍋にごま油を熱し、雪国まいたけ極の表面に焼き目をつけたら、豚バラ薄切り肉、春キャベツを加えてサッと炒める。 ③ ②に水と和風だしを加えて煮立ったら、さらに5分煮る。 ④火を止め、「丸の内タニタ食堂の減塩みそ」を溶き加えてできあがり。
