The bottom is loaded with cheap stuff like noodles and rice. Then the top is decorated with cheap meat like chicken and pork. The trick about fried chicken and pork is that the flour makes up for the volume.

I've been eating here since they opened, and these people work hard everyday in adding value to the community by giving you more than your money's worth. However i disagree with his review other than what he said about the orange chicken. The food is very tasty , and they have a very wide variety of food. The egg rolls are large in size not like those tiny ones at the Wok experience. Hong Kong Express is on the North East corner of Beach Blvd. n Mc Fadden in Westminster.

As a Chinese that visit friends and family down in LA and specifically goes to Orange County I’ll check this place out cause usually knowing some Chinese people they be a little stingy😂
