In many Asian countries, white is considered the color representing death, therefore Asian brides avoid the traditional white wedding gown. Black, otoh, has a less negative meaning. My brides maids all wore black cocktail dresses, and I wouldn’t change it no matter what. 😊 These dresses are stunning!

Im honestly just buying a prom dress for my wedding dress. It is a beautiful plum, wine color. If people want black or any other color wedding dresses i dont get why they just dont look at formal dresses like prom dresses. You can make it more bridal by adding appliques, beading or gems. Detachable sleeves and other accessories can make it more bridal too. Or you can literally dye white wedding dresses any color including black.

That floral applique is beautiful. I low-key want it in lavender though. Not as a wedding dress but just as a dress. There is a woman in Singapore that wears wedding gowns to formal parties and events. To me this makes sense.

In the past, I’ve felt like black dresses aren’t really my cup of tea, but these are all GORGEOUS. Now i realised it’s because of their silhouette and texture. Black dresses i’ve seen before look too costume-y for me. But these are really so classy and bridal. Love❤
