Decadent Dark Chocolate cupcakes with easy chocolate ganache
Eggless & made with wheat flour.
Devil’s food cake is a style of chocolate cake named for its intensely dark color and decadent chocolate flavor.
The best part of these cupcakes is the deep chocolate taste with just the right amount of sweetness.
Measurement cup - 200ml
Ingredients:
BUTTERMILK PREPARATION:
Fresh curd – 1 cup
Water – 1/4th cup
CUPCAKE BATTER :
Refined odorless oil – ½ cup
Caster/fine sugar - ½ cup
Brown sugar/Refined sugar – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Wheat flour(Atta) – 1 ½ cup
Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt – 1/8th tsp
Hot water – 3 tbsp
Instant coffee – 1 tsp
Chocolate ganache :
Dark chocolate - 200 gms
Amul Fresh cream (hot )- 100 gms
(Cook the cream on low heat in a heavy bottom pan till its hot & stir continuously to avoid burning)
