Man that shit is worth 800 if your scrubbing and spraying bleach. As I grown my company I realize that I ever wanted to hire someone and build a business I can’t look at just $450 in hour and a half. Because from the time the tech leaves the spot gets to house sets up does job talks with customer and gets everything set back up and gets back to spot it’s not a hour and half that shit turns into 3-4 then factor in all liability and daily expenses and how much it cost to actually acquire customer dude I’d be losing my ass at that price. Words of wisdom raise prices specifically for any roof work.

The other day I charged a customer 400 for that same size roof, had 2 inched of moss and completely covered it. Needed to be replaced, but they wanted to make it through the winter. So I went and got every inch of moss and pine needles off, no gutter. Night and day difference, customer was soooo happy and wrote me a Google review 10 mins after I left!!!
