Years ago if an older female was speaking nice to me, especially Doctors, I would start bawling. Feeling seen and cared about is personally my biggest trigger.

I can't take almost any form of criticism. I feel like I'm being attacked and my mind spirals like they are trying to hurt me or take something from me. Didn't think too much about it until I saw this video so thank you for the mindfulness.

Thank you so much for this extremely helpful video, which I only just saw, because I can totally relate to all of them! It's important to mention that I've learnt the hard way that a lot of people are fake nice, so it's a matter of working out whose genuine and who isn't. I could write a lot more on this complex subject but don't have time now, so might return another time. ❤

These are all pretty relatable but it’s hard because I haven’t been abused or anything but I am really emotionally sensitive so it feels like it’s something wrong with me and that I should just “get over it”…also since people often associate trauma with like abuse or harmful events so 😔 thanks for sharing thes
