Went to Turkey with a friend who is a seasoned Head Chef in London. They falsified the dry age process at EVERY restaurant we went to and he called them out every time. It’s typically old cuts of meat seared and Turkey is notorious for this. They triple the price for shoddy cuts of meat. Be careful of meat scammers folks, they exist!

The steakhouse I worked at had the dry aged beef of all varieties on display for the dining room to see! We used the rendered dry aged fat for our potatoes! Transparency is key!

I've had it all. Wagyu, dry aged ect... It's all overpriced bs. Go to the grocery, spend 12-15 bucks on a ribeye, marinate and grill it yourself. Its way better and way cheaper!
