They are absolutely the worst company to deal with. In 20 years of helping people with their credit issues, capital one is the only bank that will NEVER give a customer a courtesy removal of a 1 time 30 day late. I will never recommend any of my customers to open up credit with them.

I dunno what the hell everyone else is complaining about, but I have 2 cards with them both $3K which they bumped up every 6 months or so by themselves without even me asking for an increase.
