I needed to hear this. I have been busting my ass for the last 2 months and trying to make sure I eat enough but not too much and I can feel the difference. My blood sugar is fixed, my blood pressure, my cardio stamina, my muscles BUT the scale hasn’t changed one bit and I’m feeling like I’m doing something wrong. It’s really defeating but I just need to keep going and also know it is probably muscles I am gaining which is why I’m not seeing the scale go down. Plus I am 37 in medical menopause so I am really trying to find that balance.

Even though you're not a "pro" like many of the other fitness YouTubers. You are my favorites because you are the most relateable. Your videos make me feel like I'm listening to a friend.

Been working out for 2 years and only just started to see results.. key is to be consistent. Sleep is important too!
