Can you imagine paying more than half a million dollars for a place to live in and then having to pay a hefty rent to have your space for the boat?

For 500k + no I won’t. Might as well build your own boat house for less.

I think this went for 250,000 2012. Not far from my daughter's 38 ft boat.

It’s beautiful for a vacation rental for a few days. I wouldn’t want to live on a boat 365. The boat upkeep would be expensive when it came time to repair underneath the boat, since the saltwater deteriorates it over a period of time. :) It is decorated beautifully though.

I love this concept. Great rental for visitors who want to be on the water. Nicely designed.

I always laugh when I see cushions on outdoor furniture in Seattle. Especially in pictures. Where exactly do you store the cushions when it’s not July. ;). Nice looking house. In the Seattle area a houseboat goes up in price just like a regular house. The building actually goes down in value except the years you do improvements. It’s the land that goes up in value. With a houseboat there are only a specific number of medallions to have the right to dock a house boat. That is what goes up in value. Nice looking boat.

No, I wouldn't live on it permanently. Does the person own the slip it's tie to?

I’d love to downsize and live on one, especially that one, so modern inside! And the price isn’t bad for living on the water!

You say $500,000 in the title but then says $545,000. A near 10% difference is a pretty noticeable difference 🤷‍♂️ But no, I wouldn’t. That thing should be a max $250,000 and that’s being generous
