Those are the SAME symptoms I have when my period is coming 😭 it's actually the worst because along with those symptoms, my flow is heavy I bleed through my pad in less than 2 hours

That's so true. I remember once my period was so awful that I was laying on the bathroom floor unable to move because of cramps, nearly vomiting, shaking, screaming, crying, and I think I fainted at some point. Periods are really not a joke !

I rarely ever relate to girls talking about their period cramps because it’s so.. easy compared to this. « Ugh my period cramps hurt so bad » while eating an ice cream and watching a show. Of course it’s valid but it’s not the same pain we experience. Hearing about you sweating, cramping, hurting, being unable to walk is SO validating. (I hope this doesn’t come off weird I’m not happy you’re hurting ofc) Nobody I know has similar symptoms when it comes to period pain.
I was shaking heavily, dripped in sweat and moaning on the floor unable to move out of a doorway once, I was trying my best not to totally pass out, and someone looked down on me and said « can you stop this act ». Any sane fucking person would’ve called an ambulance (I was in Europe). I was so shocked at the lack of humanity. Still think about it lmao.
