Ragnvaldr is from the land of Oldegard and he and his warrior tribe traveled to and explored the mysterious, dark land of Vinland. They brought back the Cube of the Depths artifact which caused Le'garde, D'arce, and the Knights of the Midnight Sun to attack Ragnvaldr's village while he was away. They destroyed his home and his people, and he came back to find his family slain.
This led him to go to the Dungeons of Fear and Hunger to find and exact revenge on Le'garde. In Ragnvaldr's S Ending, he found Le'garde dead and decided to destroy all of the remaining evils of the dungeon including the Crow Mauler and New Gods. He then left the dungeons to defeat evil all over the world and earned the title of, "God of Ultra-Violence".

Why do people think he's a bad mc while he has the most melee damage
infinite food source ability and can use bow to one hit kill enemies and also you can use his blood lust ability in boss flights !
