Can you help provide some scripture on this point? When I read exodus God clearly states in Exodus 10:1, that the reason he didn’t destroy the pharaoh was so he could show the signs/miracles to pharaoh and the Israelites, not because he has to honor the pharaoh’s dominion.
The point of God “honoring” dominion is hard for me to believe when God has no problem destroying 35 kingdoms to give to the Israelites.

Respectfully disagree. God hardened the heart of the Pharaoh so he could punish the nation that kept Israel as slaves. He still have pharaoh a choice so that when he did reject God that the punishment was just.

Ex7:1 God hardened pharoah's heart. Pharoah would have let the Israelites go, but God said no. I guess he wanted to kill all those babies and wasn't going to let pharoah ruin his fun.
