-Build tension through core and upper back
-Tight shelf for bar with upper back
-Externally rotating feet into floor
-360 degrees of pressure with your breathing

ā€œBack Into the Barā€
-Used to avoid hips rising faster than shoulders
-Actively drive your upper back into the bar as your first move out of the hole
-Create equal pressure with the back into the bar, as with your feet into the floor

What works better than back into bar is pretend you're pushing a boulder that's sitting on your ENTIRE back. Bar into back cue covers a small area. Boulder on back covers entire back. It's a more explosive push.
